Cancellation Policy
Travel & Booking Boundaries: All automated bookings include travel up to 30 miles from Leeds Centre. Bookings outside of this radius are subject to a travel fee of £1.50 per mile, invoiced separately. We reserve the right to decline and fully refund any bookings that exceed our maximum travel limit of 40 miles or cannot be accommodated due to poor logistics.
